Nagato doesn't have that power
nagato lacks one thing that the sage and madara have....Uchiha+Senju.
we assume that because nagato used all six path, that he has better control etc.
But i wonder, all the edo tensei's that were relevant in the war showed new abilities that weren't seen before and justus.
Nagato showed the same techniques, only on a faster or stronger level.
So in conclusion, NO

Yeah its actually a Deva Path technique, the ability to attract and pull, complete manipulation of gravity.
Just because Asura Path has multiple limbs doesn't mean it can do that.
Madara does it with his Susano'o.
If we go by that Asura Path can do it with other limbs, we can say that Madara can just use a clone for it to.................

Nagato is an Uzumaki who are the distant blood relatives of the Senju clan.
You need Senju lineage to control the Gedo statue and Nagato was able to do it .
And NAgato was not in control of his body , it was Kabuto controlling him and he was basically testing his powers .

He has the eyes (rinnegan to be more precise) - the trait of an uchiha

To Clarify on edo tensei, the user can't manually use you and your techniques.
When characters say there being controlled, it's by the justu itself edo tensei.

And dude the rinnegan evolved from the EMS which is an Uchiha trait .
And Nagato can control the Gedo statue coz of it . Obito's original plan did include Nagato that is why when he died he was planning on syncing Sasuke with the Gedo statue . Otherwise if Nagato had not been TNJ'ed Obito would have him control the gedo statue and revive the Ten tails .
