Why would Nagato has much larger Chakra reserves than they do and can put anyone of them under his control with Chakra spears if he pierces them.

even i can say, if onoko managed to use dust release on him, its over, which is highly possible as the other 4 kages can distract nagato, and oonoki can just use dust release from behind.

We have not see Madara use Shinra Tensei so you assuming he could not use t because his body was num is baseless, he has not used it at times when using it would have worked, so until Madara uses it, or uses a tech that requires it, he does not have it.

You are correct, dust release combined with Tsunades chakra would be very powerful, at the same time it would not work on someone who can.
1. Absorb the blast.
2.Shield them self from the blast.
3.Seperate onoki and Tsunade.
4.Fly out of range.
Nagato's Chibaku Tensei alone would cause a great deal of trouble.
His chakra reserves compared to even that of his paths is huge.
That combo can KO nagato as i mentioned above.
