Kakashi would be revived with 1 eye which means he wouldn't figure out Tobi is Obito or how his Kamui was the same jutsu. Naruto would might have been hit by Kakashi's lightning kunai or captured. If they made it as far as where a Obito wanted to revive Naruto then no helping Obito Kamui to Naruti to save him or using it to save Sasuke from Kaguya desert dimension.
