1. Being a sensor doesn't give you the ability to fight blind. Otherwise all Yamanaka clansmen could fight Uchiha easily.
2. You're confusing Nagato and Pain. They're different fighters.
3. MS Sasuke and SM Naruto can defeat Pain, and probably still Nagato.
