Can Momoshiki copy Kekkei Genkai or Kekkei Tota?

If he can absorb them then he can replicate them right?

If Kishimoto would have created a character who could copy Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Tota how powerful would that character be? Where would that character rank?

If he absorbs it, he can shoot it back tenfold, it wouldn't matter that it's a Kekkei Genkai - he can't make a TBB on his own, but was perfectly capable of doing it after absorbing it.

Don't know if you mean Momoshiki in particular with the last sentence, but I don't think it'd change his current standing in the Top. Not drastically, at least.

Momoshiki can't "copy" anything. Yes, he can absorb and replicate ninjutsu techniques. ANY ninjutsu technique, that includes Kekkai Genkai or Kekkai Tota.

This (Momoshiki) is a character whose power is variable. He can be placed anywhere depending upon what techniques he has absorbed and is capable of executing. If he has absorbed all the ninjutsu techniques of NV, then he's easily the strongest character to ever exist. Imagine a 4x Kaguya's chakra punch or an exponentially greater Ohnoki's Jinton. Neg neg.

I haven't seen the movies yet so i can't comment much on it but my guess would be it would be impossible for him to learn how to use a KKG/KKT jutsu at will just by absorbing them due to him lacking DNA required to do so. If that's what you meant.
Learning the formula as such needed to preform a KKG/KKT is useless if you lack the genetics which allows you to create the element in the first place

As for Copying, Copying Kamui alone would make you haxx, Let alone copying stuff like perfect susanoo and jinton on top of it. Depending on how much chakra the users has, they could make ridiculous PS combo's with Jinton/Kamui/Ice mirrors and such.

If he absorbs the ability, he can theoretically return the technique back.

He even absorbed Shikamaru's regular shadow possession technique, and then used Shikidai's version despite not seeing it before. So his manipulation over these abilities are pretty high. He could even replicate Wood Release despite not even absorbing the ability, but only be absorbing the actual elements needed.

The massive black Gudodama/bijoudama (not Rasengan) is probably a technique that he can do without needing to absorb from someone.

Here's the problem

Against Bee he absorbed a Bijuu dama, and took him out with an amplified version...but, then he uses a Bijuu dama at the chuunin exams(while commenting that he acquired the jutsu earlier)...that was nothing like the dark Rasengan he used at the end of the movie.
He absorbed
1 fire jutsu
1 water jutsu
1 wind jutsu
1 lightening jutsu
from Boruto...yet he spammed each at least 2 times

and again when he used fire release to burn Sasuke

Momoshiki was all about getting everything without effort.
