Can Minato's arm be regenarated?

I didn't see Madara pulled any black rods or black jutsus that turns ninjutsu into nothing, but he did only cut Minato's other arm with a stake....

So does it means that Minato's arm that he lost can be regenerate again or not?

I think it can. The staff doesnt look like it was created by the material of those balls around him but then again I could be wrong.

It wasn't regenerating in the next scan of him. Also those who say it takes time your right but there should have been dust flying around

i think so...his first arm was suppose to come back long time ago too....3rd hokage got black orb'ed in the face and came back how his arm didnt yet smh
