Can minato move fast without FTG? (SUNSHIN OR SPEED)

I know ftg is instant, but can minato use sunshin or teleport (or moving at high speed) without having to use ftg (special kunai and the teleport)?? like using sunshin, has minato used sunshin in the manga?

Also... does he have frog summons ?

P.S Pretty much every Ninja above Genin is capable of using Sunshin. It is very basic move. Some are more proficient in it however.

Yes, Minato is very fast on his feet alone. Also, yes, Minato does know Frog summons, since he summoned the chief toad to fall on kurama when he was attacking the leaf village.

We know he has good reflexes necessary to use FTG efficiently and a good enough reaction speed shown clearly is some of Minato's fights . I believe he's fast without FTG but not as fast .
