Well, Amaterasu doesn't travel. It appears instantly on his body, so by the time he notices that the flame even exists, it's already on his body. He can't see into the future, so if it's the first time he's ever encountered it, he won't know to teleport before hand. If he teleports while it's on him, it'll just go with him.

He has the capability of doing it, but unless he's in KM, it isn't likely to happen.

In KCM? Yes, I think he can. With proper intel - this is the key here - in conjunction with FTG? Yes. Without intel, he's taken out in FTG as well. Without FTG? Hell no. He's fried.
