the thing about tobi is that he is to overconfident, that why he almost died 2 times

Yes but tobi won't let this happen again this was his downfall he let minato kunai go thru him, now with the Rinnegan he could use Shinra Tensei and blow the kunai and Minato away.

I think you're forgetting that Tobi still has the Rinnegan. U_U

the rinnegan does not have the same analytic abilities as the sharingan, if tobi cant use the paths its useless for him to have in a fight excluding gedo mazo manipulation

Well I mean, Rinnegan tobi still HAS sharingan as well, in fact he has the interesting feature of having both dojutsu activated simutaneously. Even madara had to switch between Rinnegan and EMS and he would have been screwed over for it had he not been an Edo.

Also im not sure what you mean because tobi did use the paths with a shared vision field and everything.

not that interesting when you consider its implanted and thus cannot be deactivated

and thats not one of the 6 paths, thats an advantaged gained by dividing your 6 paths into 6 different bodies , the 6 paths are the abilities each path can use, along with outer path, which is too up in the air to know whats really going on with it anyway

Tobi wins with or without them...mid diff at best in both situations

I don't actually know if Tobi still has the mark of FTG, because if he still has it I think Minato will stand a chance against him. In view of the fact that Minato can fatally wound him even before Tobi become aware of.

Idk IMO It's still interesting considering it's usually looked at as a drawback being a transplantee instead of a natural user, but 5Kage vs Madara proves that this particular transplant setup would have it's advantages, no?

And is there some particular reason that Tobi's 6 jinchuriki bodies didn't use the path powers? I always just thought Tobi didn't bother because he just started using their Jinchuriki powers and tailed forms early on in the battle.

My point is that they mentioned the shared field of vision which means Tobi was controlling his six bodies the same way Nagato controlled his six, It wasnt meant to be a long fight as the jinchuriki were edo and had to dissapear once the jutsu was dispelled, and since they were fighting with naruto and Bee, they spent tht time using Jinchuriki powers instead, as we have already seen the techs of the si x separate paths via nagato anyway

Tobi had a decent chance to beat Minato in an all out battle. With the Rinnegan he'd win every time.
