can Minato beat someone with byakugan?

I would like to debunk this argument. We have all seen that FTG has a teleportation radius...(1)
We have seen Gaara's sand go into the susanoo from ground to throw Madara out of it. This implies that inside of susanoo is penetrable..(2)
From (1) and (2), its obvious that Minato can get inside susanoo if he has a seal on the user or if he throw a kunai near the susanoo. I haven't seen any susanoo forming closely enough around the user that there is no space for one man.
In the end, even susanoo's perfect defense isnt really a defense against FTG.

no, any high lvl byakugan user can beat minato, and here's why. If minato marks neji on the right calf muscle, neji pours out chakra to detect
the smallest interuption in its flow. He used this agaist kidomaru when he was trying to kill him. To further this, he knows that his right calf
was marked and is the primary target, like with kidomaru (who was attacking his blind spot) he he will increase his chakra sensing aura
more on that spot. Its similar to a spider's ability to detect movement via its hairs and air pressure/change. Add this with his byakugan he
has 360 degree vision, so as soon as minato teleports with ftg neji will know and can see it happen, he then follows up with a rotation to
attack minato, or force him to retreat. Now that ftg is countered minato loses, the hyuuga clan are the best at taijutsu so minato isn't going
to go to a close range fight, and doesen't have any long range jutsus to use, and if he did neji or any high lvl byakugan user can doge it or block.
Gentle fist would shut down his chakra network and then its game over.
