well hashirama gots like 10-15 years of shinobi exp on minato, and minato is still young like only 24 or 22 he aint even at his prime yet, and hes consider to be one of the strongest ninjas to ever live

i guess he knw abt all hokages xcept tsunade.. he lived long and activated rinnegan.. he knew nagato thn how cud he not knw abt other hokages?

and manga said he did tame the kyuubi by his brutal strength... last time i checked minato died in the process...

I am saying this, yes Minato can defeat Hashirama, but he will get a hard time against him, not exactly so6p I mean. because his wood style is not fast enough to keep Minato's speed or FTG techs. Besides His wood style can move Minato's kunai away and crush them. If Minato throw his kunai directly on hashirama and Minato using rasengan as well, then he can wound him badly, but Hashirama have a ability to heal himself without using handseal though. Then he can still fight and drag this one, still Minato can using his speed to avoid many wood styles techs or avoid Hashiramas shuriken techs.
If Minato summons gamabunta or any toads, but they will get caught by Hashiramas wood style. But remember one If Minato's toad get caught by it, he can teleport that toad and himself another place and attacking Hashirama instant with some oil techs. Minato can then seal him with his FTG and then game over for Hashirama. His kunai is strong enough to cut his head off though. I am not saying Minato can defeat him or not, but I believe Minato have a chance against Hashirama. He can use his the reaper death seal, but Minato is not a guy who does things for no reason.


What's your opinion guys, plz give me a reason and why.

If I put them in 100 fights, I'd say Hashi wins 95+. Minato has a chance, but I'd have to say a very small one.

That's assuming it's a fight to the death and neither would flee, otherwise Minato could just run away forever lol.

I believe though, if Minato did not die at such a young age, things would be a fair deal different.

Without harishama wood elemental jutsu, minato would be able to harishama. No matter how fast minato is wont be able overcome defense of his wood style jutsu.

the only reason why the 4th died cause he wanted his wife to see there son all grown up,but dunno they both fought two powerful sharangain users who had the the 9 tails under control,both took away 9 tails,both delivered massive damage to fighters and made them retreat from trying to destroy the leaf village,
