It sticks so high out of the ground and it goes a huge way back as its its own continent.
But mihawks slash against the ice burg was an un-named fodder slash that was meant to kill pre-skip luffy who really isnt that strong
and it still did this

we only know his lower limits but red line buster lvl slashes wld b too much I have to say, I like reasonable lvls of power that while they aren't in the same league as what was in the initial stages of the manga there can still b drawn some relationship to the two, this is the reason I don't like other manga they tlet just go for over the top destructive feats(which in some cases never acomplish anything other than just spectator jaw drops) that r just ubsurd if u watch the first ten episodes/chapter then watch the last ten just after.

THe red line is a line that separates the world itself, it is way bigger than multiple islands in the world if u look at this that u know its impossible:

Just imagine that mass of earth in a map, the red line is like a group of countrys connected together, so yeah its impossible for mihawk to cut it.

I'm sure he could cut a fair amount..but the entire red line? pfft he'll need his swordsmanship plus laws fruit and some of hordy's drugs to be able to make a cut so great haha
