Jozu's diamond-covered body could also be his haki, unless, you know, Oda confirmed otherwise. If that's the case, then I believe it'd be more difficult to cut through, but that's just my humble opinion about it all.

It's the exact same in the anime too, Jozu always looks like he's about to take a really expensive shit.

I want to say yes however Mihawk not being able to cut diamond will make sense for the plot if for instance he was to die against someone with the diamond fruit...

You would think that the WGS would be able to pull it off but im asking this because at MF he wasn't able to cut Jozu. That slash was intended for WB so obviously he put alot of power into that yet Jozu took it and came out unscathed.

An actual swing would be much more destructive.
