well thats true but he did allow himself to be hit by the meteor because he was an edo and the circumstances, of he did it now using ps it could be bigger by logic and since he's fighting the shinobi world plus edo hokage i doubt he would use it and stand their again

Bigger doesn't always mean better. Maybe if he decides to put more effort into the summon, then yes, I don't see why not.

Yes he can. PS is still Susanoo but its shape construction and powers are different. Regardless what, Madara can perform meteor in any form of his Susanoo.
