Scenario 2: If the Meteor was travelling at terminal velocity, the air pressure changes would render the Logia unable to breathe. One of Madara's meteors don't travel that fast.

Depends which logia users you're talking about. The pre-TS admirals could, not so sure about the others.

The only Logia who'd die from something like that is Blackbeard. Maybe Aokiji and Monet, too.

On second thought, I would also include Caribou and Trebol.
