Can Kureni could be consider an Uchiha?

I know she have not meet an uchiha full criteria,since she have not solo anyone.However she have red eyes similar to sharingan with a ring in it.She specialise in genjutsu and we know base sharingan is more special in genjutsu.There could be a possibilities could be an hybrid of a uchiha and normal ninja in konoha,which make her eyes not fully develop as a sharingan?

Her father seen during the flashback of Kurama's attack revealed he had the same eyes. Indicating it as a family trend; however, Kurenai is not known as an Uchiha and she additionally doesn't have a Sharingan.



The argument could be made the eye is a Dojutsu...and plausibly an off shoot of the Elder Son's descendants... But being unconfirmed as a Dojutsu and not being noted as a Great Dojutsu (all of which seem connected)... It seems unlikely.
