Can a Kunai kill Obito as the Juubi's Jin? No. So its not going to kill Rikudo, stab him in the heart and Juubi regeneration saves him, or Juubi's skin just straight up tanks it since only Senjutsu will hurt him.

Oh god ¬___¬ people confuse the sage with a normal shinobi, hes not even shinobi he's a Preist/Cleric . If Hashirama cn heal Via senju DNA then its common sense The sage can do it.
