Can Konohamaru make a rasengan?

It's ez pz for him.

the point is im talking about BASE rasengan
at this point in the manga he doesn't need it

Yup Konahamaru can preform Rasengan. in fact Naruto taught him how to do it as shown in a flashback during Pain's Kanoha assault. he used it on one of the paths of pain. And what do you mean each generations gets smaller? Naruto's base rasengan is about the same size aa Minato's. Minato's Base rasengan is about the same size as the J Man's. But maybe there is a corilation between rasengan size and the amount of chakra poured into it?
