Bee was caught in genjutsu while using a bijuu cloak. It doesn't matter if the chakra they wield is foreign, there has to be an outside user who actively disrupts the chakra of the target in genjutsu, just having passive foreign chakra does nothing.

He was caught with the chakra that he was using at the time. If he discarded the 8 tails chakra and used his own, he'd have broken out without Gyuki.

The hachibi was able to break the genjutsu by inserting his own chakra into bee, regardless of whether bee was using that same chakra already or not. The key is that you need a partner, any source of chakra, foreign or not, within yourself is not enough.

IT's not foreign chakra, its chakra fused with minato's own chakra.

If Minato's KCM is anything like Naruto's, then the 9 tails chakra is stored somewhere away from his own chakra. This means that it would be foreign chakra.

But Jiraya described genjutsu as a form of ninjutsu that affects your senses to gain control your chakra and use that to create illusions. He said that disrupting the flow of chakra breaks genjutsu. Bee could probably do this by discarding the chakra he was using altogether, then use a different one.

That's my opinion. I'm not a fanboy, but if this is the case, wouldn't he be able to break any genjutsu? The question in my opinion is whether or not Tsukiomi stops all chakra control.

He might have got kyuubi chakra but he don't have a bijju in himself , so there is no one who could "disturb" his chakra.
I doubt he can break out of high level genjutsu like tsukiyomi even in KM.

He will most likely never look into uchiha's eyes , but lets suppose he looks into them by mistake, would he able to get out of tsukiyomi ?
There's a slight possibility that Minato has part of the kyubi's consciousness within him. A kyubi consciousness existed in a Naruto clone too. It even lent him power.

The yang portion of kurama's chakra is just spiritual energy. Naruto has kurama's vitality & essence, not minato.

Depends on the genjutsu...but the high tier ones are difficult to get out of generally.

Still, almost every ninja has heard of the visual prowess the Uchiha have...both in prediction, copying, and genjutsu. It would be a no brainer for Minato to realize that direct attacks are significantly more risky than blitzing in and out to fast for the Sharingan user to react to.

This is true but you cannot tell someone is uchiha without looking at them.
The only way to determine if someone is uchiha is when u have knowledge about them before fight , if you see their uchiha symbol on their back(which is impossible if they are wearing costumes like akatsuki cloak) .
Sensing might help but for that you have to encounter your opponent atleast once, before your current fight.

So maybe, minato might not realize he is fighting an uchiha until he actually look him in the eye.

First thing - Minato is fast enough to be caught in visual genjutsu. Second - Minato can use Kurama's chakra to disrupt the his chakra which is blocked by genjutsu.

So IMO, technically Minato can break free of visual genjutsu. Also He is already a hokage so he should be atleast somwhat trained on breaking free of visual genjutsu.
