I think the real question would be how does Samaheda react to Nature Chakra? does it overload and become a frog? How does it work? If it got some of Kabuto's Dragon Sage stuff would it turn into a lizard?

Why would Killer Bee have to transform? V1 and V2 let's Bee avoid getting touched by them. He can throw a pencil or sword with his lightning enhanced chakra and pierce a hole right through them.

Im not trying to underestimate killer Bee, But SM naruto is EXTREMELY durable. Killer Bee's blades will shatter if the make contact with naruto with his guard up, much like pains chakra rods did. So his kenjutsu would be useless.
And even if he went v1 or v2 cloak, naruto in sage mode has the reflexes and the sensing ability to counter killer bee in close combat. Especially if you add the advantage of naruto's frog fu which allows naruto to damage you severly even if he doesn't make contact.
Even though its filler, the power fight between kyuubi naruto and sage naruto would be a strong indicator of what im taking about.

Well I'd go with Killer Bee. He's proficient with regular combat to a degree high enough to overwhelm MS Sasuke who's ability reading matches out with Danger Sensing.

I'll agree that Samahada is useless against senjutsu, forgot about that. Killer Bee isn't limited to regular kenjutsu as he can also use his lightning enhanced nature after realizing normal kenjutsu won't work. I don't know how SM would fair against lightning enhanced sword so I won't argue for either or in that case.
Killer Bee himself is durable since he's able to tank Ei's lariat. After one hit from frog fu (since he has no knowledge), Killer Bee will simply adjust. After getting the summonings out the way, Killer Bee can transform comfortably and use his whirlwind technique or TBB to overwhelm Naruto. I'm not Killer Bee stomps SM Naruto since no one probably can stomp him, but Killer Bee easily has the means to take out Naruto and counter his SM with a good mix or base mode, V1, V2, and full on Bijuu mode.
