It seems likely that Kamui could warp Yata Mirror, because if you think about it, Itachi had to find it along with the Totsuka sword. Obviously as physical weapons, cause I doubt they were just big orange chakra weapons lying around.

I also think Itachi would actually lose the item if it was warped away. Because it isn't technically a part of his Susanoo, it's just equipped with it.
