I´d say no, in the fight between Konan and Tobi he tries to suck up a few paper-bomb blasts and still got hit.
Tobis jikudan ido surpasses kakashis kamui by far and a bijuudama is quite a bit more explosion to suck up in less time
And a bijuudama is huge and flies quite fast, so it would be hard to suck it up in the time it needs to hit its target

i think the area and time of use for the kamui would be too much for kakashi or obito to handle but if they had enough chakra i think they could do it maybe

Wasn't Kakashi prepared to Kamui like 5 before Naruto saved the day? Kakashi has better feats now anyways so IMO yes he can. I'm assuming it's the generic TBB as well >_>
