I don't understand what this means, but no sir I am not.
Anyway, in clear English; Susano'o requires the use of two Mangekyou Sharingan eyes. Kakashi only has one MS. Current Kakashi is not capable of using this tech under any circumstances.

no sadly he cannot because he doesnt have two sharingans in his eyes, also even if he had both sharingans, and using susanoo would drain his chakra really really fast as he is a non-uchiha and doesnt have the required dna to use the dojutsu

I'm not sure about this one in fact. Does anybody have any info on what the requirements are for Amaterasu are, and if Kakashi could potentially learn it?

Every Mangekyou Sharingan user thus far in the manga has their own unique techniques (Itachi gave HIS MS tech's to Sasuke that's why they resemble each other). So in my opinion Amaterasu is a tech only Sasuke and Itachi can use or any other person who is directly linked to them.

People, this shouldn´t even be debated.Even among those with two MS eyes Susano is considered a rarity.Kakashi has only one, to top things off he is not an Uchiha.Zero chance of him being able to use Susano.In all of the years of Manga ONLY 3 people have been shown to get it and ONLY one was able to perfect it (that´s how difficult it is).
