no not unless he has kamui. the kinkaku squad was comprised with only elite jonins and kin and gin. so thats pretty much 20 guy/kakashi/asumas and two 4 tailed narutos

Lol no, people always try and say this. They were not comprised of people equating to the likes of Kakashi and all the main Konoha jonins. If they were that good, why have we never heard of them, except the brothers, because hey weren't worth mentioning.

The term elite is used for the likes of Anbu and crap. The anbu that Obito wiped out were "elites". The ones guarding guarding Kushina during her birth were elites. The ninja swordsman are all elites, but any top tier can wipe them all out.

People like Torune and fu are elites. But at the end of the day, those so called elites are just fodder.
