Nope i don´t think so. It is more likely that when tobi becomes untouchable he is in the other dimension. And when Kakashie used kamui to teleport the rasengan and kunai it hit tobi

This is what I understood, when tobi dematerializes, he sends his body or part of his body to another dimension......
In this chapter, Kakashi saw a crack but the crack was made (via his observation) with something sharper.. And as we know, rasengan causes circular massive damage when it lands... So kakashi knew that rasengan wasn't the cause of the crack.. Instead it was caused by the kunai that was warped by tobi in the earlier chapter.. The kunai with lightning infused chakra by kakashi.......
Moreover, Kakashi was surprised that his Kamui was stopped...Actually not stopped, more likely evaded because Kamui won't work on something that is on another dimension.. And Tobi is more likely on another dimension when he warps himself ... SO all these led to him thinking that when he stopped the Kamui or whenever tobi warps, he is on another dimension and Kakashi's kamui sends something into another dimension.... it's like Tobi's presence is in another dimension and thus when Kakashi warped rasengan, it hits tobi because the rasengan was in the same dimension as tobi (when he warps).....

This is hypothesizing that both dimension, where Kakashi warps something with his Kamui and where Tobi goes with his spacetime jutsu, is the same

I'm guessing it works by when tobi makes himself intangible By using kamuii to transfer is body to another dimension. While kakashi uses the kamuii to transfer the the kunai or the rasengan to the other dimension both the kunai/rasengan collide with tobi while they are in the other dimension. That's how I'm guessing it works...

I'm guessing the tech that tobi uses is also the kamuii but it could be something else that counters the kamuii... Like how izanami is a counter to izanagi... All sharinghan techs have counters so that could be it.

No that isn't so easily performed. To manipulate attacks and send them to your opponent is not easy. He could use his allies attack to inflict damage to the enemy.

to me it just looked like kakashi waited for him to come back and brought the rasengan back when tobi thought he was safe. tobi sees the rasengan fade away he comes back and bam...

No.

The only reason Kakashi was able to pull off what he did is because kamui and the dimension Tobi uses for his s/t jutsu and phasing are somehow connected and therefore when Tobi went intangible and sent his body to that dimension Kakashi used kamui to send the rasengan to that exact dimension and then it managed to hit Tobi's arm.

No, it only works against Tobi. When he's intangible, he's untouchable in real world, but the real him is in other dimension and Kakashi used kamui to send that kunai and rasengan into that dimension, which hit him.
