Can Kakashi literally Kamui Snipe People?

If they are in a field where there are no trees or such things yes, but he can snipe them if they are not aware that Kakashi is there otherwise in a fight he needs to focus and the target must stand still

Techinically he can but if you remeber way back when kakashi tried to snipe deidara he had alotta trouble focusing on him,, hes probly alot better at it now but still wouldnt bet on him against someone with good speed.

Don't think he would do it, if he miss then he just use up a large amount of chakra and made an opening for his enemy to attack. Kakashi usually use it as a last resort. If he was fighting someone and used it unknowing that uses puppets and he warps the puppet instead of the ninja who then summons other puppets.
