Can Kakashi hold his own against Itachi now?

You know how in the past when Kakashi faced off against Itachi's visual prowess. He had taken quite the beating but now I'm not so sure that would happen now that Kakashi has the Mangekyou Sharingan.

What are your thoughts on this thread?

Itachi was impressed that he was still conscious after being in Tsukuyomi so yes he would be able to hold his own as he is now, but Itachi was too OP for him to defeat. Kishi is such an Uchiha fan boy, they get all the good shit minus Bijuu.

really i thought that was shikamaru's status...

or i thought that surely would have been itachi's through that genius way of trapping kabuto in izanami, which was planned right from the start...

so far i haven't seen kakashi do something on that level

They're both tactical geniuses, they're both on an elite tier with ninjutsu, are near, if not elite in taijutsu, Itachi holds an advantage in genjutsu, but Kakashi has seen his genjutsu abilities and knows how to combat them, they both have an "uber/over powered" technique in Susanoo for Itachi/Kamui for Kakashi.

Saying either one would win easily is laughable. Kakashi closed the gap considerably during the Pain Invasion. He's closed the gap even more so/completely eliminated the gap in the war arc.

susano itachi can't counter kamui
kakashi can kamui apart of it then kamui itach's head through the Slot which he did
kakashi can easily counter amatrasu by warping it even if it hit him
so kakashi need to 3-4 kamui to beat itach
kakashi can use kamui 10 with full chakara
itachi couldn't hold his own against current kakashi

Kamui can't be defeated here and Kamui can't be countered there, let me tell you this Kamui fanboys, Itachi has shown us things that people thought were impossible, i'll tell you that if Kakashi were to fight Itachi with Kamui that Itachi would find a way to **** up Kamui, even fodder Ninja's found the basics of Kamui, Itachi is a freaking god when it comes to these things, he'll find a way to counter Kamui within NO TIME.

Kakashi is no match for Itachi, Itachi raped Kakashi with a mere Tsukuyomi, he can do it again since Kakashi has no COUNTER to Tsukuyomi as it's stated that only an Uchiha can break out of Tsukuyomi.

Kamui's weakness is Itachi, as was Edo tensei.
