It requires two MS eyes. Madara improved his EMS til he acheived rennigan so thats why he can still use susano.

I think it's possible. No one really knows anything about MS. Everything we learn from the manga seems to be a lie in the end. Like how they said you need to kill your best friend to get the MS, then Kakashi MS out of nowhere. And btw, you don't need to learn both Tsukyomi and Armatsu to learn Susanoo. Sasuke didn't have Tsukyomi when he learned Susanoo. So really it's anyone's guess. Before Kakashi had MS, no one thought it was possible for him to get it. So if he can unlock MS with no explanation, I don't see why he couldn't unlock Susanoo.

As far as Madara not having 2 MS eyes, do you mean the real Madara or Tobi?
