I was wondering since Kakashi is not an Uchiha is he able to deactivate his double Mangekyo ?

His power-up is probably only going to last until the end of the battle. The same can also be said about Naruto and Sasuke (hopefully, if we're ever going to get an interesting part 3 with an actual villain like Orochimaru or something). Besides, I think Kakashi said it was only temporary. Perhaps he'll lose one or both of them afterwards. If not, he's going to have to come up with an idea to reserve chakra.
