Can Kakashi control the Nine-Tails like Obito did?

Madara completely controled the Nine-Tails with the Mangekyō Sharingan and ''Tobi'' or whatever you want to call him, managed to do it as well which no other Sharingan users accomplished.
Since Kakashi share the same eyes with Obito, can he control the Nine-Tails with his mangekyou sharingan like Tobi did?
I mean Kakashi can also use Kamui like Obito.
This is the first time I make I thread in this forum but anyways what are you guys thoughts?

I don't think there's any scenario where he should try something like that but since they both have the same eyes, maybe he has the same power as obito?
However, maybe your guys are right about being an Uchiha but I don't think it was stated somewhere.

I very much doubt this.
This ability is used when one extends their chakra flow to that of the beast and with that forcefully gain control of them using genjutsu. The ms is required for this something that kakashi has, however he lacks the second requirement which is the powerful chakra of the uchiha which is what an ms user extends and controls the beast

i don't think any MS can control the kyuubi .... or maybe its just a top ranked very hard tech .... i mean imagine if any MS can control the a biju, it will be a mess so i guess very very few can do it
