can kakashi control tailed beast?

since kakashi has the mangekyo sharigan ive been wondering if he can control tailed beast or he cant since hes not full blood uchia? or he cant because you need 2 ms's to control a tailed beast.id like a explanation if someone has one.

Kakashi is not only as skilled with the sharigan as an uchiha he isnt a genjutsu user nor does he posses the powerful chakra that the uchiha's do

I'm fairly certain Kakashi cannot control a Bijuu, mainly because he's not an Uchiha. Also, I don't think he has the right amount of genjutsu/chakra that may be required to control a Tailed Beast. He can barely perform a few Kamui's as it is.

Kakashi has ben Naruto teacher and squad leader, He aded Yamato to the squad to use his wood tech to control Kurama in Naruto's training remember? If kakashi had that power He would not need Yamato to do it.
