Kaguya is not Orochimaru though, Hashirama could resist the power because he could resist Orochimaru's chakra

DemiGod Itachi used KA to break out of ET, not resisting it with his own power...

Hagoromo and Hamura couldnt resist as her chakra is far more powerful than their own

Dude, that's the reason why the Hokages wasn't affected by Infinite Tsukuyomi so Kaguya would be surprised, and no, I don't think she knows about Edo Tensei.

I'm also applying this to any extremely powerful techniques in saying that I think even if someone didn't invent a technique, when you have a NV character whose power level is near/the same/exceeds Kaguya and her sons, I think that they could use Edo Tensei if they wanted to. In ch. 425, Ibiki stated that if the Rinnegan-wielding Hagoromo truly existed, he could use any technique.

Why should she use it in the first place?

The argument that Tobirama created it first isn't that convincing though. Their may very well be people before him that discovered how to do it, especially if we are talking about a time of hundreds, or even thousands of years in the past with a completely different civilization. Think of certain scientific discoveries or inventions in our world which are credited to more than one person.
