Can Kaguya use all rinnegan /MS jutsu? , Can Hagoromo use susanoo?

As the title says. Kaguya basically has the Tentails eye so I was wondering if people think she has all MS / rinnegan eye abilities like susanoo / shinra tensei etc.

I'm not sure if Hagoromo can use susanoo or not, its just speculation. I don't think Kaguya can use every rinnegan / MS jutsu. I wouldn't be surprised if Kaguya could use a few MS jutsu since she is meant to have "sharingan powers" according to the sage.

It seems susanoo can be used to strengthen all jutsu like when Sasuke used chidori with susanoo and Madara used susanoo to pull down a meteor. If Sasuke and Madara are the only rinnegan users with susanoo that would mean their eyes are a bit better then Hagoromo's rinnegan if he can't use susanoo.

Also I noticed some people think Nagato is the only person who can use shinra tensei which wouldn't make sense to me since his rinnegan is Madara's eyes.

Hagoromo has Rikudou chakra so he doesn't need his moves strengthened by Susano'o. :|

I wouldn't doubt that Kaguya can use all rinnegan techs, but MS is going a little far seeing how those are individual, but all rinnegan users have 6 paths

I think Kaguya and Hagoromo can use Susanoo. Kaguya is the originator of all chakra and possess every doujutsu/kekkei genkai if she can use an inhanced bone kekkei genkai/an OP Byakugan/Infinite Tsukuyomi etc, then it wouldn't be far fetched to believe she can use susanoo. Same applies to Hagoromo.

In the case of Shinra Tensei/Bansho Tenin:

I think all Rinnegan users can do this. Like the sharingan, I think the users just have a preference or specialize in a particular area of their doujutsu and just don't (or haven't learned to use) all the other abilities that come with it. For Example:

Itachi: Genjutsu is his specialty so Tsukuyomi and Izanagi, Izanami, are his specialty when it comes to the Mangenkyo SHaringan

Sasuke: Amateratsu/Enton is his specialty

Madara: Perfect Susanoo-Susanoo is his specialty

But as we've seen, Madara can also use Tsukuyomi, he should also be able to use Amateratsu as well as both Itachi and Sasuke can.
I would assume this reasoning would apply to Rinnegan users as well. so yeah I think anyone with a Rinnegan can use Shinra Tensei/Chibaku Tensei, Bansho Tenin and the 6 paths.

Sasuke may still have rikudou chakra judging from his chidori destroying a meteor in the Last and he should be able to further strengthen chidori by using it with susanoo.

I'm just still not 100% sure if Kaguya's Rinne-Sharingan counts as a regular or uber Rinnegan. I don't recall her using Rinnegan techniques

The Sixth Path techniques are Hagoromos but it makes sense she should be able to use every MS and Rinnegan skill since everything came from her to begin with.

Nope, Hagoromo has 1000x more chakra than Rinnegan Sasuke, nice idea though. Hago created a moon after having the Juubi extracted.

And every Rinnegan user has shinra tensei if they have Deva path. All of them except for Obito were shown to use Deva path so they have it.

My guess is that The majority of the Rikudou chakra that they recieve were in their seals
So when he lost that he lost black chidori and Naruto lost the "breathing life thing" and COAT.

Also, sorry I don't think those are wings on Maddy's Susano'o just arms.

It also is possible that the reason that Sasuke got wing and Madara didn't was becuz Sasuke's Susano'o was still in development when he achieved Rikudou power. Madara's however was a finished product

No, Kaguya doesn't possess all Rinnegan/MS jutsu, and Hagoromo does not possess all Sharingan jutsu.

Just like Hamura was the first to awaken the Tenseigan with its own distinct abilities, Hagoromo was the first to awaken the Rinnegan and its unique abilities, despite both being derived from the same, more powerful source.

Being far stronger doesn't validate the ability to use techniques that far inferior individuals have.
