There's a reason why Sasuke needed to cast genjutsu on the bijuu before sealing them. There's no way
Kaguya would be caught in it. Even if she was, I'm pretty sure she just neutralizes the jutsu. Even covered
by all of the rock, she would just smash out of it unharmed. And she can simply teleport out. She can counter
it in so many ways with so little difficulty it's not even funny.

Sasuke used genjutsu to bind the Bijuu... but the Rinnegan is immune to visual genjutsu and in having the Rinne Sharingan, he has no way of even curbing her. But even if she did go into his CT, it would be for a jolly and she could pretty easily break out at any time.

Of course. Dimension shifting and the fact that Sasuke shouldn't be able to genjutsu her (especially if she's with BZ) should make it impossible for Sasuke to capture Kaguya with his CT.

This makes no sense. If it took both yin and yang seals from hago to seal kaguya, then how would just sasuke, by himself, hold kaguya within his CT?

If that were the case, then the last twenty chapters of naruto made no sense.
