How can there be a Gedo art from the rinnegan when kaguya is Gedou herself?

Rinn Sharingan's Amenominaka actually a very powerful tech Kaguya had without thinking about TSB. It not just can change place but also can alter the planet or control the environment. This power surpassed Rinnegan or Tenseigan bcus It was Reality warping ability in which those two Doujutsus lack.

I don't get what you're trying to say? Is it about why those two have "gedo"? It's never said how rinnegan was able to control gedo mazo, heck. Apparently someone with just uchiha + senju dna could control it as well.
She can use the six paths, anything other than that she might have to learn it, tenseigan inclusive, she has the ability to learn any jutsu she wants in NV, she has all kkg, all doujutsu, but as some stated, hags and hamura created/invented somethings, she has to learn'em to be able to use'em, or mostlikely she can copy anything with her rinnesharingan since its a faaaar better sharingan and ofcoarse, she's a goddess, its only logical to say she can do whatever she wants

Like i said, it's never explained how the rinnegan can do that. Now that i think about, this makes hagoromo seem dumb for not knowing the rinnegan can control gedo mazo. BZ somehow knew this but hago didn't? :lol

Lol, what ? Hagoromo first with Hamura's help sealed Kaguya in form of Juubi in moon, then later on he broke moon seal and was first one to summon Empty Juubi shell Back on earth and sealed in himself to extract Ten tails chakra and shape them with COAT.
