Can Juubi talk with Kurama or with Hachibi?

if juubi is now an almost complet entity,and now has a host(Obito),can she(that entity,juubi) talk with Kurama or Hachibi?
and just one more thing,naruto spoke with all tailed beasts(as we know),can naruto talk with Juubi?

Naruto can blabber as much as he wants , it all depends on juubi or juubito whether they can talk or not . I think juubi will talk to him because naruto is the juubi's main target .

I think he will speak to him but Jubbi won't listen to Naruto until all the bijjus will say to Jubbi Naruto's sincere intentions and that he is different from other people in terms of the look and attitude upon Bijjus and that's when Jubbi will be TNJed
