If sasuke did it madara can do it better not much better but better as madara is master at susanoo and he has two rinnegan sasuke destroys him in fire and lightning techs

Please stop using the fact that Madara has 2 Rinnegans as a way to point out its superior to Sasuke's doujutsu, 4 DB confirmed that Sasuke's 1 eye in compasses the power of 2 Rinnegans.

Madara's Katon is Juubi Size. And by feats neither Sasuke or Itachi has showed Amarersu the size of Madara's Katon

Madara can make a BijuuPS if:

1. He retains EMS powers
2. Has Six Paths chakra (Juubi's chakra)

JJ Madara fulfills the 2nd condition, not sure about the 1st.

you do realise Madara have rikudo senjutsu to buff his Rinnegan jutsus unlike Sasuke.

So Rikudo senjutsu + Madara rinnegan >>> Sasuke rinnegan
