Can Jiraiya`s frogs just reverse summon Naruto in a battle?!!!

I saw a post (not a thread) that said "just have Jiray's fogs reverse summon naruto"(or something like that). If you go to narutopedia and look at pa`s page than you can see that it`s actually true!!!! I know some people are gonna say that it doesn't count but you have to take everyones jutsus & abilities into consideration!!!!!!
