Kamui isn't really a genjutsu..so yeah, it'd work fine. Izanami? That has specific requirements.... Tsukuyomi can be broken by a perfect jinchuuriki.

KA is the strongest genjutsu. tsukiyomi's effects are within 2 seconds, not long enough for kurama to respond fast enough. As for Izanami, not sure.
