I would believe it can block Sasukes Sharp Spear only because the Yata Mirror is a Spirit Weapon. If it wasnt there is no way it would be able to block Sasukes attack as Sasuke is on SO6P levels now.

But Sasuke's chidori sharp spear is two natures, not one. Itachi's yata can't change to two natures. It can't be Lightning and Yin at once

The mirror can as it blocks all nature transformation attacks. However sasuke could just counter with his susano, or use ameterasu inside itachi's sudani pretty sure that's possible
