Honestly I think the sword is powerful but we haven't seen it been used against somebody reg think about it

It was used against oro who was in hydra form witch is big as hell and he didn't know what it was till it was 2 late he thought it was reg sword cuz it was cutting off heads b4

Then it was used against a crippled brainwashed(by kabuto) nagato

Both of these things have no mobility really


But my point is idk of its speed feats it hasn't hit anything impressive I think it can be dodged fairly easy tbh and plus Tobi intangibility thing he should b good

On the other hand, we dunno if it has to pierce him physically to work... it just might have to be physical.

Has to b phyisically and it takes long time for it to seal whole thing (exp oro was able to do entire speech b4 being fully sealed and was able to release snakes also)

Well i dont know i guess if theres no physical body there ten it cant latch on but it is a sealing sword maybe it latches onto the soul rather then body? Anyway i dont think it can and i doubt we will ever find out
