React? Anyone with sm, and probably sensors, don’t get me wrong though being able to react doesn’t mean being able to counter. Naruto reacted to sasukes ameno blitz, but he couldn’t do anything about it

Itachi cant figure out ameno. Itachi is very overrated. His best intellect feat is CT uncovering which isnt that tough. His intelligence is not on minato or sasukes level.

Figuring it out isn't that difficult and not much of an issue. he just wont have the opportunity to as he dies the moment sasuke uses it on him.
