Can Itachi use Totsuka on a Bijuu and PS?

I think he can since the Bijuu and PS are so huge and Itachi could use clones to distract his opponents and strike at a safe place

(Btw i am not saying Itachi>Jinchuriki or Itachi>PS user so dont get the wrong idea)

im here to answer your question. itachi CAN seal the bijuu and also susanno because all he would have to do is hit the user of the susanoo which wouldnt be hard .

First of all, Totsuka blade can't seal PS (at least that's what I think), and he can seal a bijuu. Susanoo is more like a shield.

To answer this you would have to know 2 things...If Totsuka has a sealing capacity (even reaper death seal couldn't contain full Kurama) and it's maximum cutting/piercing power...Who says it could even damage a Bijuu or Susanoo?

Totsuka can only seal things that are alive. So no, it can't seal PS.

As for the Bijuus, it's questionable. Since Totsuka seals souls, does that put it in the same boat as Reaper Death Seal? If that's the case, then it cannot seal the Bijuus because the Bijuus cannot be killed.
