Itachi need's Susano;o to keep Yata and Totsuka active so If Juubito uses Kamui to warp itself behind Itachi's Susano;o,or uses the black orbs to create a diversion and then Onmyuudon to deactivate Susano'o then Itachi's toasted.And in the recent chapter you see Juubito using a barrier and then a Mokuton based technique I assume to create dozen of bijuu-dama.Yata it's not 360,Itachi's toasted again.He has 0 chance of winning.

Itachi gets destroyed. He can't do anything but hope his yata mirror can block juubitos attack. Otherwise juubito will peirce his sasuno and kill him. Itachi is far slower, less powerful and has less chakra. Even if Itachi's totsuka blade is capable of sealing juubito how is he going to hit him? Juubito avoided flying thunder god clone attacks. If juubito can manage to defend against some space time jutsu then how can Itachi hope to cut him with totsuka?

Even if the Yata Mirror had 360 degree coverage, Itachi would have to lower the shield at some point to attack at which point I believe Obito could get a fatal hit on him. Edo Itachi might have better luck. It would definitely be an interesting fight to watch.
