I would assume it cannot.
When the Totsuka blade strikes, it is notably a physical object. It also noticeably has the option to consume things as Orochimaru's Hydra heads are not all absorbed, but merely slashed as a sword.
With the above in mind, it is save to assume this means the sword does in fact act as a blade, and as such, it is capable of being parried by an opposing force with enough durability.
1. Obito's Erasing of All Ninjutsu technique would block it because while being a spiritual weapon, is manifested into Susanoo (a Jutsu).
2. Obito's Above technique is a physical manifestation of chakra just like the Totsuka Blade, and at the very least would likely block it due to its overall combined elemental natures.
Moving on we've seen Obito take an explosion with literally no physical damage. This explosion was of a scale that was the size of the ball formed by a massive Bijuudama (not the explosion...just the ball). Considering this durability, it reflects the Tailed Beasts (like 4-Tails Naruto) meaning he's plausibly incapable of being pierced by anything other than Senjutsu.
Finally, Creation of All things/Onmyuudon once more.
Let's Say Obito is pierced an sealed. It does not kill the User, but seals them. Being a Jinjuriki... he likely can overcome the Drunken Genjutsu of the gourd. Even if this doesn't work, he can theoretically still use creation of all things to simply erase the Totsuka blade/ Create an escape method, and he could also theoretically erase it because his Cancellation of all Ninjutsu technique as described above.
Finally, a third escape option could exist in Kamui as it would create an alternate dimension for him to escape into.
Considering the power the Juubi has alone and the miniscule amounts of its full potential that have been displayed after being refined to a Jinjuriki... I HIGHLY doubt it.
