Can Itachi see/predict the future?

It was just a flashback that Sasuke would relate to. I'm thinking Sasuke was just looking back to what Itachi said about having to come before him with the same eyes yet ironically Sasuke has now got an advanced eyes than Itachi.

Maybe Sasuke's current eyes can be linked to the original user which is Itachi. I cant wait to see Sasuke in action. I am bored of Naruto's overpowered jutsus.
