Sasuke already figured out and survived the techniques himself, and it's a canon fact that Itachi not only knows about Izanagi but has a eye technique to counter it. Not that he needs it when he can just effortlessly kill the guy over and over until he runs out of eyes.

I already said when Danzo was facing Sasuke he was nerfed af. KA was already used prior to the fight and was recharging during the fight. :| As for Izanagi(Danzo's other OP ability), he just spammed the shit out of it like there was no tomorrow. But then again, it was all to make Sasuke win since he has that gay relationship with the main char(plot armor in short). If it wasn't for Sasuke's plot armor, he would've been stabbed and killed within a couple of seconds during the fight. Then it would've been Danzo vs Tobi, which probably would've been more epic imo.

As for Izanami, yah it is a counter to Izanagi however it works differently and this is where fanboys misunderstand. Firstly, even Izanami requires prep time and does not work instantly hence why within that time, the opponent is free to use Izanagi. Itachi could use Izanami, but then if that fails in some random way, then he's screwed with only one eye left. That's why it's a huge gamble for him to ever use Izanami and he even stated this himself once. Izanami is similar to KA in that it can provide control over the opponent's destiny. Although there is a difference and that is KA is instant whereas Izanami is not. This is another disadvantage for Itachi if his opponent has KA. The only counter to KA is a perfect jin or juubi jin maybe. But that's it. :yeah:

Going further, Itachi already permanently sealed one of his eyes and Tsukuyomi along with it. A resurrected Itachi should no longer possess that ability.

If he use's Izanami again...he will be blind and he himself said he is not a sensor.

Izanami works on those trying to escape fate and is meant to save not kill...now what if Shin is being true to himself and isn't having an identity crisis? Would this move be effective?

I won't say who'd win though, Shin is still new

Logically, no. Why? Because Shin can use all those eyes for Izanagi. Itachi has piss poor chakra and stamina. There is no way he'll last as long as Sasuke when he fought Danzo. Izanagi gives Shin the advantage.

Itachi doesn't have the chakra or stamina to keep up his defenses, especially because of his illness. Itachi's only choice is to stick with Taijutsu while reserving his chakra. The moment all the eyes are closed, he has a chance. However, Shin can mark weapons, which means, Itachi is at higher risk and Shin can take advantage of that.

It was stated countless times in the manga that the Uchiha Clan had Strong chakra most likely do to Indra there Ancestor being Hagoromo son, Some of you may say that you can't generalize all uchiha to having strong chakra that's true but what really caught my attention is Hinata? Hinata used her Byakugan her stated That there's a area surround with a very strong chakra (Amaterasu) Itachi's technique , The Byakugan ability lets you see the quantity of chakra someone has as were neji was able to compare Kisame & Naruto in earlier shipuden.
