Possibly. But when you think about Hashi taking on Madara (stronger than both) and Kuruma at the same time it's hard to believe they would.

If your talking about healthy Nagato & Itachi..
They are able to beat Hashirama if they work as a team.
Without intel, yes, they can definitely win as the two together who many powerful techniques. With intel, it's really debatable. Hashirama would know what to look out for and with his varients of Mokuton techniques, he has a chance of countering a lot of their moves, especially depending on how he utilizes his Mokuton Bunshins and his mayfly technique. I'd give it to Hashirama with extreme diff with intel but Itachi and Nagato high diff without intel.

Itachi would need to unlock eternal mangekyo sharingan and steal sasukes eyes. Hashiramas sage mode would be his best chance. Thats all the intel Itachi and Nagato would need to defeat him.

Chou Shinra tensei! I also hear that wood style jutsu make good fuel for amaterasu.
Personally I think that Hashirama is the best for fighting large scale battles, since his colossal wooden statue dwarfs even bijuus, but in a fight that's more down to earth, I'm not sure if he's a whole lot better than Tobirama or Minato.
