Can Itachi actually do the Katon Goenkyou as shown in the game?

Can he actually do tht(the 1st jutsu) Fire style Blaze ball.It looks like the most powerful fire style jutsu.Like a bijuu bomb.Can he actually do tht??

There are tons of jutsus in Naruto games that never happened, Just look at Ino's whole moveset in NUNS3. The only thing that's real on her moveset is the mind transfer jutsu.

CC2 make up their own stuff to bolster a character's moveset, particularly when they are lacking enough moves to make a moveset with. That was also an Ougi, an ultimate jutsu in the game, which are highly exaggerated theatrical super moves.
