Can Infinite Tsukuyomi Be Used On 1 Individual?

I don't think we've ever seen IT used on a small scale like 1 individual

We've only seen it casted on a wide scale

I say this cause I can't figure out why Madara nor Kaguya

Placed Naruto under IT directly knowing he would be powerless to resist it.

Godtachi's Tsukuyomi is basically infinite if he's not disturbed, it could seem like a lifetime.. Though I'm not sure if IT can be used on 1 person alone..

There is a reason why it was called Infinite Tsukiyomi. Obviously it is intended for multiple, wide-scale target.
Although now that I think about it, it really isn't that infinite, since the casting wasn't permanent (apparently the moonlight diminishes after some time)

According to Holy God, the one Madara used while being hooked up to the Gedo mazou was IT. So if you count that then yes, otherwise no.
